Through power cuts, no missed punches

The Mini UPS bay sits beneath the device cradle. A 12V Mini UPS drops in, wires once to the uFace402’s power input, and the terminal keeps logging through any mains drop. On a warehouse floor the lights flicker more often than anyone admits — Mini UPS continuity means no shift gets retro-entered by hand.

Mounting

Four wall-anchor slots on the rear plate accept 8mm rawl plugs for masonry walls. The flat base means the same enclosure can sit on a counter or desk if you’d rather not drill the wall. Cable exits are bottom and rear, your call.
