What buyers usually ask before ordering

Will face recognition still work through the acrylic front?
Yes. The acrylic is optically clear in the IR wavelengths the V5L uses, and the front cut-out aligns flush with the camera bezel. There’s no measurable drop in match speed or accuracy.

Will this metal enclosure fit the SpeedFace V5L Plus or the newer V5L Lite?
This cradle is cut for the standard SpeedFace V5L. The V5L Plus shares the same body, so yes. The V5L Lite is slightly smaller and needs a different cradle — message us and we’ll send the right one.

Is the biometric attendance machine in the photos included?
No — this listing is for the metal enclosure alone. The ZKTeco SpeedFace V5L and the Mini UPS are sold separately.

Lock and key — how many keys come with the enclosure?
Two keys per unit. Cam-style barrel, replaceable if you ever lose both.

Will the acrylic scratch if I clean it?
A soft microfibre cloth with mild soapy water is fine. Avoid IPA on the acrylic (it’ll haze the surface) — IPA is fine on the powder-coated steel.
